Apache Pizza Malahide Reviews

Placed the order online ar 5.20pm, called 4 times to check on what was happening with our order for them to tell that it was on the way and that they would offer it half price. Grand. Called again and finally someone decided to actually check the order. It turns out our order wasnt even prepared. The person on the phone who claimed to be the driver/manager said they delivered an order to Swords -mind you, Swords has their own Apache- blamed a new employee that was only 16 years old and that they made a mistake.

Here's a small idea for you, if you're not able to handle busy days like this, or have less experienced employees on the shift, PAUSE YOUR ORDERS!

Extremely disappointed. My family order here occasionally and it is always hit or miss. Last time was despicable though, they downsized the regular spice box by seemingly atleast 50% and didnt say anything anywhere about it beforehand. At most 5 pieces of chicken in that box, utterly disgraceful and will never order it again on principle of how shady that is. The bueno milkshake also tasted like vanilla and far too frequently does, CONSISTENTLY hit or miss. There was a practically unmixed chunk of ice cream in the middle. The rest of the food was fine, decently sized and relatively tasty. Theyve mixed up pizza bases and toppings on more than one occasion too, when things werent even as bad. Wouldn't recommend. DO BETTER!! No generic response like your other replies will fix this. Fix the spice box and the whole damn branch.

The Apache burger was good, it had good flavor and was a good size for those who were hungry. The place wasn't very clean, and there was only one person at the front desk and preparing the food. I was well attended to, but I thought it was inhumane for him to have two jobs like that!

Slight issue with order but resolved quickly and food was delicious as always. Cant fault the Manager and Staff. Best pizza and chicken wings in Malahide, Swords & Portmarnock! Will be a continued customer 👏😊

Keep trying Apache because when they get it right, I think the pizza is really nice. However, they never get it right anymore in this branch. The last few times we ordered we've had to call to chase them up, food has arrived stone cold and orders have been wrong. Today we decided to just drive in and pick it up and now we're home they've messed one of the pizzas up yet again - one of the toppings forgotten (a common error) and less cheese instead of less sauce. It's such a shame. I don't think it helps that the shop itself has become a hangout for the youth of the area, I'm sure it's not the nicest working environment for the staff.
